By default the landlord. You can choose to pass certain convenience fees to tenants where local law allows; we’ll show you what’s permitted in your state.
Which states is Keystone available in?
We currently serve properties in Texas, Florida, and Georgia, and we’re expanding state by state. If your properties are elsewhere, join the waitlist and we’ll tell you the moment we’re live where you are.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee to start. Larger migrations on the Scale plan may include onboarding support, quoted up front.
